Warriors, Archers and Mages level with you from levels 7-45 Arrogant, powerful, and deadly, they have killed almost as many of their own Elven brothers and sisters as they have Humans in their bid for a master race of Elves.

The Thalmor, whilst having the smallest armies, can claim the most elite soldiers in all Tamriel.
